About Us

We built Omega Education as parents first, technologists second. With two children under the age of ten, we are acutely aware that we are living through the most consequential moment of the technology revolution.

Artificial intelligence will shape every business, every classroom, and every human life—but how it is built and used will matter just as much as what it can do. We believe responsibility must be foundational, not an afterthought. Ethical design, trust, transparency, and long-term human benefit are non-negotiable.

Omega Education was created to ensure AI serves learning with integrity while encouraging creativity and curiosity. It and does not replace the human role in education, but instead strengthens that role by extending the reach and availability of the educators.

About the Developers

Omega Education was built and funded by our company, Sound Strategies. For more than 30 years, Sound Strategies has been an IT provider and digital development partner for organizations that need technology they can truly rely on. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with clients such as the US Supreme Court Blog, Consumer Reports, Northwell Health, and many of the world’s largest online publishers.

Our development team specializes in all aspects of AI development, from core architecture and security to real-world deployment at scale. That depth of experience is what made Omega Education possible.

Experience That Shaped the Platform

Andy previously co-founded, architected, and served as lead engineer for Eternos, which is internationally recognized for creating the world’s first complete digital twin (Michael Bommer, Germany). That experience deeply influenced how we think about teaching and learning, and the long-term role AI can play in human lives.
